There are some cracking manual focus lenses manufactured in China right now and 7Artisans joins the party, with four affordable lenses designed for mirrorless cameras.
Out of the four new manual focus lenses, there is something for Sony E, MFT, Fujifilm X, Canon EOS M and Leica M camera users.
Now, when we say affordable, we mean cheap as chips. Prices start at $70. (No, that is not the Leica M mount one.)
We haven’t tested any of these lenses just yet. It might be fair to assume they are cheap for a reason, yet from the product pictures alone the all-metal lenses look rather good. The fact they are manual focus only helps to keep the cost down too.
Let’s take a quick look at each one of the four new 7Artisans lens – we’ll crank up the price point as we go.
For availability and best product information (in English), the Amazon US website is more helpful than the 7Artisans website. We’ve included links to the Amazon website for each lens below.
